PRENATAL CLASSES
I invite you to join a mums-to-be-community and indulge in one class per week for nurturing your changing body and approaching your pregnancy and birth with peace and comfort…
What you’ll receive:
- Strong lower body and postural work
- Stabilising and releasing - pelvic floor awareness
- Flowing with the breath & getting familiar with various breathing exercises in preparation for birth
- some restorative yoga to help you and your baby rest
- mindset Preparation for birth:
We will include meditations and relaxations giving you the space to connect to your body and your baby, using visualisation and affirmations…

POSTNATAL CLASSES
Alone or with Baby
These classes are for those wanting to get back in shape slowly, gently reconnecting to their body, possibly after birth (minimum 6 weeks after).
We use abdominal breath, core exercises, stretches, in a balance between strength and flexibility using yoga and pilates movements.

We can always incorporate baby in those classes as a lovely way to connect and make it fun and engaging for the both of you.

Come as you are, even in your pjs, do what you can, we're just between us girls, postpartum can be tough, we've got you!
