CLASSES IN VALENCIA

Let's practice Yoga together in the lovely setting of Valencia's Turia riverbed under the trees and in the fresh air!

Bring your lovely self to join a community of people that want to stick to english for their yoga practice and meet other expats, students, or even spanish people that enjoy an international vibe, everyone is welcome!

Weekly outdoor classes are held at Parque Turia nera Palau de la Musica and In a studio in Blue Morpho studio in Russafa!

What you need:

-A Yoga mat

-A bottle of water

There is some challenge for all levels. You will find some engagement and stretching, we will have fun playing with all aspects of the yoga asana practice including arm balances and inversions, leaving you feeling empowered, energized yet completely relaxed by the end of the hour.

OUTDOORS:

Saturdays 10:30 (60mn)

15€ / Drop In or 45€ 1 class/week or 50€ / 5 classes or 91€/10 classes!

Only cash or Bizum at the studio.

OUTDOORS:

Try to arrive at least 5 mn before to settle down and for us to start on time.
