The Short Story
About me
Yoga is a way to connect to myself, the present moment, finding balance, observing the patterns of my ego, accepting what is, questioning what my human experience is meant to bring me and others.
The more often I take time for myself and practice Yoga in all its forms, the more harmonious and peaceful I feel.

How I found Yoga
I found the practice of yoga while I was working as a flight attendant in Dubai. As you can imagine, the hours were pretty irregular, so was my sleep and any kind of healthy routine.
I longed for a type of exercise that I enjoyed and ended up finding so much more.

8 years prior to that I was practicing ballet and contemporary dance so I did have a certain body awareness but struggled with accepting all the things my body could no longer do after such a long break.
I really fell in love with the freedom and creativity of Vinyasa Yoga, certainly from that previous passion for movement, as well as the rigour of alignment taught in the more traditional yoga asana practice.

I quickly started learning from the most amazing teachers and 2 years later completed my 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training.

And right then and there, Covid hit and the big career shift was inevitable.
I am so thankful (for that shift)!

After some experience teaching in Dubai, France and Costa Rica, I moved to Copenhagen where I lived and taught yoga full time for one year.
I am now on yet another new adventure that took me to Valencia, Spain. I am teaching there, organising retreats and also taking some of my classes online so I can connect with you from anywhere around the world!
My Mission
I wish to bring a fun and engaging yoga practice to people who want to flow from home, feel challenged in active sequences, incorporating arm balancing, inversions and other fun aspects of the asana practice.
Home is a place where you can feel comfortable to play around without feeling nervous to fall next to (or on) people like in the studio.
In yoga we let go of our ego and embrace our inner child!
