Online and In person

In my Vinyasa classes you will find a variety of soft and more engaged flows. 

These are slightly faster pace compared to the Hatha classes.

We want to link breath and movement into creative sequences that raise the heart rate playing with transitions between poses/asanas as an essential part of the practice.

These are energising and bring you a sense of freedom into your body's expression.

I always love to bring the practice of arm balances, inversions and backbends as they are an essential part of the asana practice.

So tune into your inner child and challenge yourself even when your mind first tries to resist.

And mostly, have fun!

Hatha classes are slower pace since we stay around five deep breaths in each pose. 

Like any asana practice we work our way through the whole body finding balance between strength and flexibility.

This is a great one for complete beginners that might feel intimidated to get started with Yoga.

We take the time to find our alignment and get into each pose/asana.​

In Prenatal yoga we work to help alleviate the general aches and pains of pregnancy, improving your posture, and helping you feel fit and strong in preparation for birth.

In yoga the breath is at the center of the practice therefore these adapted yoga classes promote wellbeing, relaxation, a sense of creating space in your body for the uterus to grow comfortably as baby takes the space.

We allow time for you to connect to your baby, and rest in short relaxations at the beginning and end of the classes. 

Indulge in those lovely practices, honouring your changing body and needs. Remember to nurture and love yourself.

Yin Yoga has some origins in chinese medicine that believes in healing the various channels of energy/chi through compressing or stretching certain areas of the body, this way replenishing or redirecting the energy properly to balance our physical and emotional health.

Physically speaking this practice is a series of long held stretches that we hold in a passive way over 2 to 6 minutes each. We try to find stillness of the body and mind, balancing our very active lives in this very relaxing and replenishing practice.

These classes are for those wanting to get back in shape slowly, gently reconnecting to their body, possibly after birth (minimum 6 weeks after).

We use abdominal breath, core exercises, stretches, in a balance between strength and flexibility using yoga movements.

We can always incorporate baby in those classes as a lovely way to connect and make it fun and engaging for the both of you.
